Respiratory Care Department

The Respiratory Care Department provides
a full complement of inpatient services.

Inpatient services include placement of
arterial lines, attendance at all high-risk
deliveries (with primary responsibility for
all intubations), interdisciplinary care
planning & patient assessment and use
of protocols to facilitate high-quality
patient care (weaning, aerosol therapy,
bronchial hygiene, continuous nebulization,
BIPAP). Our highly skilled staff is
available 24/7, 365 days per year.

Outpatient services include a full spectrum pulmonary diagnostics lab.

Pulmonary Diagnostics Lab

The Pulmonary Diagnostic Lab is located inside the Respiratory Department, and is in the middle of an expansion to include sophisticated services such as exercise testing and indirect calorimetry. We employ state of the art equipment like the Sensormedics Vmax Spectra with Body Box. We offer our physician customers a range of pulmonary function tests including, Spirometry, Plethysmography, Lung Volumes, Lung Diffision Capacity adn talented Diagnostic Specialists with years of experience in Pulmonary Physiology. Our mission is to provide our physicians with the high quality test results and a rapid response to their needs.
