Outpatient Services

Partial Hospitalization Services

The Partial Hospitalization and Outpatient programs provide a continuum of care for those people suffering from mental illness and/or substance abuse, who need the support of a structured therapeutic milieu. Designed for clients who are either trying to prevent Inpatient hospitalization or that are transitioning from acute care to the community, PHP offers clinical treatment five days per week, delivered by a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient Services, a less intensive, yet still structured treatment program, serves those clients that no longer require PHP, yet could still benefit from ongoing treatment focused on community reintegration and discharge planning.

In both programs, each patient is assigned a Treatment Coordinator who, in conjunction with the treatment team headed by the psychiatrist, provide individualized treatment based on the patient's needs.

Paradise Valley Hospital Behavioral Health Services accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, and some commercial insurance.
